Abstract submission form

If you still have not submitted an abstract, please contact directly the conveners of the specific symposium.

Again, if your communication does not fit into any given category, only poster presentations will be allowed and in that case you should write directly to the JENAM 2010 LOC.


Instructions for the posters:

-- Posters can be of sizes up to 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height);
-- Posters may be affixed to the poster boards using supplied velcro;
-- Poster area is near the exhibition area. Poster can be set up on the 6th September from 9 am and must be removed on the 10th September (Friday) before 7 pm;
-- All posters must be set up in the time allotted before the session, and must remain at least during the period of that session.

** important notes **
- computer display equipment, sound or projection equipment, or freestanding displays are not permitted
- all material must be removable
- poster board can only be used to attach posters
